The District Court has previously indicated a provisional date of 3 December 2026 for delivery of judgment in the case concerning complicity in grave war crimes in Sudan.
In view of the work that remains in drafting the judgment, the District Court has decided to postpone the date of delivery. The judgment will instead be delivered on 17 February 2027 at 11.00.
Further details regarding the announcement of the judgment will be provided at a later stage.
