Court clerks

Court clerks participate in processing the court’s various cases. They register case documents, oversee written exchanges and send out judgments and decisions.

Work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with other court clerks, drafting law clerks and judge referees. Court clerks handle several different cases and duties simultaneously. External contact with parties, lawyers, interpreters and others is written or via telephone.

When the Supreme Court has vacancies for court clerks, they are advertised on the Swedish Courts website.
