Anders Perklev has been President of the Svea Court of Appeal since 2018. Prior to that, he was Prosecutor General for more than ten years. He has also worked for several years in the Government Offices, including as head of the Ministry of Justice's criminal law division.
Margareta Brattström has worked at the Faculty of Law, Uppsala University since 1995. Since 2011 she has been a professor of civil law. She has also been Vice Dean of the Faculty for three years and head of the Department of Law for six years.
