Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag, Thomas Cook Nordic Holdings Aktiebolag and Ving Sverige Aktiebolag are declared bankrupt

Stockholm District Court has today decided that Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag, Thomas Cook Nordic Holdings Aktiebolag and Ving Sverige Aktiebolag are put into bankruptcy. Mikael Kubu at Ackordscentralen has been appointed as administrator of the bankruptcies. The applications for bankruptcy have been made by the companies themselves.

Today, Thomas Cook Northern Europe Aktiebolag, Thomas Cook Nordic Holdings Aktiebolag and Ving Sverige Aktiebolag applied for bankruptcy, and the court has now decided on bankruptcy.

The next step in the bankruptcy proceedings at the court is that the court will hold oath administration meetings on 18 February 2020.
