The Supreme Administrative Court consists of 16 judges, entitled justices. Two of the justices normally serve in the Council of Legislation for a period of one year at a time. The remaining 14 justices are divided into two divisions. Justice Helena Jäderblom is the President of the Court and division 1. Justice Henrik Jermsten is the President of division 2.
